OK, here's the question- Why would the soda blasting residue be a problem on aluminum? It's water soluble. Oh, and the soda used for blast media looks like white sand, not like the stuff you find in a grocery store. Unlike most media, however, soda disintegrates on impact, so it's a one shot product.
