VSCDA IRP reminder

For those of you coming to this outstanding event, don't forget that
Indianapolis stays on Eastern STANDARD Time year around. So for those of us
in the rest of the Eastern time zone, we pick up an hour when we go there
(maybe that will help my qualifying time) and for those of you in the
Central zone, it is the same time.
