Sorry for not responding any quicker--

I wish I had the exact answer for you. The good thing about the solid copper
gasket is that it could be costumized by yourself for your specific
application. If you wanted bigger bores just chuck-up a cylindrical
sanding wheel in a drill press and sand to a pre-placed scribe line. I'm
not familiar with this engine configuration therefore can't give you
specifics. Copper is easily made soft by annealing it. It can be
re-annealed if needed. I use commercially available Copper 110 (99.6%
copper and .04% oxygen) I get it in the 1/8-1/2 hard state and then
make the gaskets to spec. then anneal.

I'm tuning a Lancia Aprilia engine. This is a narrow angle V4 with one head
casting for all 4 cylinders. This is of cast iron and square. The block is
alloy with wet liners, the head seals against the tops of the liners and the
perimeter of the block with very little support in the middle.

Options :

 Standard.

Wire in grooves to cut into the conventional gasget.

Solid copper. What grade and thickness ?

Rings. We might need these to be oval as each cylinder is at an angle
to the head.

Any advice ?
