Hello,

Well I think I have the answer to my question.  It looks like the outer half 
shaft is TR6 after all.  I thought that it wasn't TR6 because the 2500M part 
was too long and I thought the M  used TR6 halfshafts.

Turns out that the outer half shaft on the M is something other than TR6!  
Looks like Spit or GT6.

Now I can proceed with the conversion from the Spit diff to the TR6 diff in 
my Vixen.
