Hello list: Considering getting a set of VTO Silverstone 15 x 6 inch wheels for my 67 TR4A. Car came with wire wheels, but tired of the tubes, cleaning etc. Always loved the look of silverstones. Anyone know what size tire came on the original Silverstone alloys back in the 60s. 185X15? Looking for the right "look" profile on the modern tires. Never liked the look of 185 or 195 65 15 on a TR. Although, if anyone has a near new set of wires they want to sell, may be interested, Thanks Jim Henningsen Ocala, FL ** triumphs@autox.team.net ** Archive: http://www.team.net/pipermail/triumphs http://www.team.net/archive |
