Here in Canada (Saskatchewan, not sure about other provinces) but Co-op stat=
ions in large cities as well as small communities have full service, pumping=
, windows, check oil etc at roughly 4 c per litre extra. ALWAYS busy. Our lo=
cal small town service station does that also but we pay a premium anyway be=
cause we are a few miles from a major city.=20
