Am lucky in having two generations who love the car. The one pictured here=
is my youngest son Connor with his nephew, my grandson. Connor was milita=
ry intelligence in the army, served in the Middle East. Now he's studying =
Engineering at UNH. Before that, when he was 12 years old in 7th grade, I =
drove him around in the TR3 with the top down. I made the mistake of teach=
ing him that, if a car is tailgating behind you, all you had to do was make=
a show of spittting straight up into the air and letting the air current d=
o the rest. I think it was all he could think of for the next year as he r=
ode with me. We lost a lot of saliva on Route 3A. Just saying. Ever sinc=
e he got his drivers license, he's pestered me to let him drive it. I'd ha=
ve let him take it to the senior prom, but it was undergoing an engine rebu=
ild at the time.=20
I've always wondered, though, and perhaps you all have some thoughts, about=
how long we can count on having TRF and Moss Motors supplying such amazing=
support for these cars?
