For the rear mount, I've added some side bracing to take the side to 
side force off of the mount.? With the stock mount you can do this with 
angle iron that goes on the side of the mount and bolts to the trans 
mount bolt.? What I did is to drill holes through the chassis mount 
plate, weld little pipes to them and have the trans mount bolt extend 
through the chassis plate.? The bolt / pipe takes the side force and the 
mount itself just has to handle the twisting motion.? I have a nut at 
the very bottom, but it's not tight against the chassis plate (it's a 
locking nut so it doesn't fall off).
