There are lots of good email programs, many of them free, that will work
with any standards-based email service. You don't have to not use the
account just because your ISP doesn't provide a client that you like.
I don't even know what my ISP offers (maybe only web mail?). I use MS
Outlook mostly because that is what I have to use at work, but there are
lots of other choices. Here is a short list:
