[TR] Update on TR3A from 2 weeks ago

IMO that will never hold, at least not for very long.

What about the exhaust valve?  The intake being wet likely just indicates
that the cylinder wasn't running last time you started the engine.  But my
guess would be a broken ring or piston land.
