Then I'm pretty sure it was just wearing a black tonneau cover; don't recall ever putting up the top on the drive to Maggie's nor ever leaving it parked with the top up. Without the sidecurtains & rear windows, the top was pretty much useless against rain; and I only carried it on long trips anyway. The tonneau would at least keep the seat dry while I was inside. Somewhere I have a photo of me showing up at the annual Teddy Bear Run in that car, in the rain, with my daughter hiding under the tonneau. -- Randall |
