[TR] New Forum - Email vs. Forum

I agree with Paul on both counts:

1. Prefer the email format, even with its limitations it gets to me at my
desk or iPhone
2. It is a new year and probably time to appreciate Mark monetarily for all
the work he does keeping this thing going.
