Subject: [TR] volt meter

Last year I installed a Dan Masters electrical system and an
alternator. Following Dan's advice I recently installed a voltmeter
instead of the old 30 Amp ammeter. My simple minded question is why
does my 12 Volt system/battery read 15 volts on my new volt meter??
