I did use helium to reduce the weight of my tires.  I got a flat  on the 
highway and when I removed the hold down on the spare I bent over to put  the 
wrench on the ground and the damn spare floated away leaving me stranded on  
the 
side of the road.  I'm sticking with just plain old air now.   (wink, wink)
