Most laws in the USA now consider flashing your lights to get someone to 
move out of the passing lane is "road rage" or aggressive driving.  
Driving very slow in the left lane under the speed limit holding up 
traffic is considered "passive aggressive driving".  Driving over the 
speed limit and passing is considered "aggressive driving", as is 
weaving in and out of the other unaware, inattentive drivers. Sort of 
like in Germany, any gesture at all to another driver is considered 
"aggressive" and you can be arrested!

So anything outside of +/- 5mph of the speed limit, staying in your 
place, staying on the right, you are screwed.
