The biggest problem I have with PA drivers is that a good portion think they
are in the UK. That is, they get firmly entrenched in the left lane and
driiiiive verrrry slooooowwwwwww. Don't bother trying to flash your lights
because they are busy yacking on a cell phone and won't look in the mirror.

Jeff, with similar respect offered in return, yours is the most  
ridiculous excuse
for not signaling your intent whether you consider it of value, or  
not, to other motorists
and pedestrians (seen and unseen) I can imagine:

Then again, you might have added extending the life of the flasher  
unit -
and don't forget bulb-life, not to mention the strain on your
charging system.
