[TR] TR3a steering column support

My post 60K 3a has, attached to the left side of the bottom of the upper
steering column brace, a strap with a half twist. One end is bolted to the
end of a threaded rod, the other of which attaches to the brace from the
battery box to the bottom of the dashboard.
Where does the other end attach?
