I believe the removal of the Amco rubber mat removal practice started some
time back when an anal interior judge suggested that one could be hiding a
serious flaw in the carpet beneath. Probably a TRA rule, you know them, then
carried on to VTR and 6-PACK. Of course there was that one year when a TR6
interior judge told the owners to put them back in and if they didn't have
them
he was giving deductions. Yikes!
