If it helps, Standard-Triumph only fitted 'leather upholstery' where this
was found on the seat cushion and occupant face of the backrest. The sides
and back of the seat assembly was always vinyl (or later, Ambla) unless you
knew someone in Production Control who could specify a full leather seat to
all sides.
