I know...why bother, but I bought a rebuild kit, took the pump from the Old Woman's TR3-B apart, put it back together again and it pumps zero! Now, I'm wondering if I put the diaphragm in correctly. I followed the clear instructions in the shop manual: 90 degree clockwise turn to engage the notched rod into the actuating lever. I can't tell if it's truly engaged or not. Can anyone advise me? Thanks in advance. John === This list supported in part by The Vintage Triumph Register === http://www.vtr.org |
