Wow, this could be quite a list for me. ;-)

Older American pickup, preferably no later than early 1960s, ideally
something like the "Advance Design" Chevies up through the early 1950s. I'd
also
consider a panel truck or Suburban. If I have to have a hauler, it might as
well
be a cool one.

Cougar, but only a dark green XR-7G (for Dan Gurney) edition, circa 1968.

1951 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery or Station Wagon (forget a convertible, as
they're too expensive).

Ford Falcon Ranchero, staying with the utility theme. Earlier the better,
preferably 1960.

Ford Country Squire, but no later than 1968.

Maybe a Jeepster, either the original or the mid- to late 1960s
reincarnation. or a nice Willys Jeep Station Wagon, circa 1949-50.

"Split-window" or "oval-window" VW Beetle.

Sunbeam-Talbot 90 DHC (I actually had one briefly -- a project at best --
but couldn't refuse the offer I got for it soon after I bought it)

1969 TR6, or 1969 Mk3 Spitfire, but either would have to be white with red
interior. ;-)

1969 Herald 13/60 "Puerto Rico" specification convertible -- ultra rare, and
probably the only "factory-built" (Belgian assembly, that is) Herald with a
full Spitfire-spec. engine.

Almost any "commercial" Standard or Triumph, such as a (Herald) Courier Van,
Atlas, Standard Vanguard or 8/10-based pickup or "panel" van, or even an
Australian-built Triumph Mayflower Ute.

Triumph Renown Limousine.

Oh, and a clean, low-mileage 1992-95 Honda Civic CX five-speed (or at least
a rock-solid, straight rolling body) for daily commuting and such, especially
in the winter. Gotta love well over 40 mpg on a regular basis...saves money
for the "good" cars!

I'll stay away from the definitely-well-over-$25k category for now.... :-)

*Mrs Irrelevant: Oh, is it a jet?
*Man: Well, no ... It's not so much of a jet, it's more your, er,
Triumph Herald engine with wings.
