I am not sure I agree.

I just finished installing a Bell SS system on my 63 TR4 project.

If anything the head pipe looks sharp. Almost chrome in appearance. Looking at 
my 15 year old mild steel system on the 58 tr3, it is all rust from top to 
bottom There is a bit of paint on some of the rear muffler but most is rust.

Now many will say, who looks at the mufflers? But if you examine the engine 
compartment and see that nice shiny head pipe to go along with silver 
manifold, well that is a different story.

My favorite cars at shows and car hops are the ones with those clean, shiny 
engine compartments!

Now the cost part.

I paid about 225 for the complete system + shipping of about 10 to 15 bucks.

What does a mild steel system go for these days, about 100 - 150?

One other thing, the fit was PERFECT!
