[TR] adjusting the TR4's oil relief valve?

My TR4's engine's oil pressure is off.  How does one readjust the oil relief
valve (the big screw on the oil filter) ?

My TR2/3's workshop manual says to leave it alone, but, it's already been
removed.  I'm sure the advice for TR4s is different.
