> What is the nominal voltage output from the alternator? Slightly over 14v. How much over depends on temperature, with cold being higher. Of course, that is governed by the regulator, which is a separate unit on a TR250. The alternator will happily put out much more, if not controlled. Also note that there are two different varieties of the 4TR regulator. The TR250 takes the 4-pin variety, while early Stags take the 3-pin.
