[TR] TR2 doorcaps pads

Hey list
  I need to put cockpit caps in the TR2 doors, and the question is:   What 
kind of padding is supposed to go on top of the aluminum and under the 
leather on the doors?  I am going to use dyed black deer leather for the 
cover, cuz I got a lot of it.
