  You didn't specify which Weber carb model, but check out  
www.piercemanifolds.com for most. 
  Also www.APTfast.com may have kits or parts, or offer rebuild services, 
depending upon model. 
  You might find someone locally who can do the actual rebuild, and can get 
kits from either of the above. Webers are really pretty easy to work on. There 
*are* a  few special tools for certain operations, such as forming new seats 
for jets or needles, but this is often not needed.
