The two worst parts is getting the panel off and the handles back on.  

First remove the handles but pushing in on the panel to expose the pin that 
retains them and push the pins out.  Next using a small screwdriver pry out the 
retaining clips along the perimeter of the panel.  (there may be other 
handles and such that need to be removed by undoing the fastening screws) and 
remove 
the panel.

You will not be able to see the window guides which are bolt-in.  You can get 
ready to bolt in replacements from TRF or you can match the dimensions with 
channel found in JC Whitney for much less but you will have to remove the old 
bracketry and transfer them over to your new channels which you will have to 
cut to length.  When removing the channels do one at a time and support the 
glass when you do and the window should stay in place and the procedure will be 
straight forward.  

It is pretty self evident just ensure that the window is in the guides as you 
tighten the mounting bolts.
