Nelson Riedel wrote that he constructed a temporary "extension" to a kitchen
oven, using 1" foil backed fiberglass furnace duct material.  He plugged the
original vent and added a vent to the extension, which was a 4-sided cube
that sat on the opened oven door to make a "pregnant oven".  Using this
setup, he got 39" for the longest interior dimension, which was enough to PC
his TR6 grill.

The material isn't rated for continuous 400F, but seemed to do OK for short
stretches.  YMMV obviously.  His web page has been taken down for liability
