paint code

List when going to my local paint and autobody store what would be the proper
code to buy signal red for1960 TR3a,what brand(s) still can reproduce that
colour? would one gallon do the complete car,inside,out  ,underneath
,everything that was orginally painted exept   theframe which will be getting
black rusr paint Thanks in advance Randy
