My favorites for my 250: spin-on oil filter adapter, foil
heat-reflecting insulation over the inside of the firewall and
transmission tunnel. You don't say where you are, but it gets darn hot
in Kansas, and I didn't need the engine heat added to that. If you feel
heat radiating onto your accelerator leg, I highly recommend it. My car
has lower, wider tires and wheels from DPO, so overdrive helps the RPMs
a lot. Gets it back down where it should be. Speaking of hot weather,
those wooden beaded seat covers are great to keep you from melting into
the seats. They allow air to circulate under you, and they really make a
difference. I also had a cut-off switch installed after a car fire -
ammeter wires rubbed through and shorted on the heater cable. Ugh!
