The frame holds the body in proper alignment while you replace body
parts.  My TR3A received new floor pans, inner and outer sills without
being removed from the frame.

Installing new floors, sills and rocker panels must be accomplished with the
body still attached to the frame.  I recommend (as others do) connecting the
"A" and" B" post with steel spacers  welded across the top and bottom to
preserve the integrity of the dimensions and to facilitate insertion of the
new parts.  I recommend doing one side at a time.
