I'll agree with that ... but "NOS" and "rebuilt" are close seconds !
Big problem with "restored" is that people rarely specify what it was "restored"
to. "Restored to running condition" is perfectly valid, but probably isn't the
first thing people think of when they hear simply "restored".
Maybe it was just restored (as in returned) to the garage !
Bottom line, you're buying a used car. Caveat Emptor.
