boot lid for tr7 or 8

Hi List
  My Dad has a trunk (boot) lid sitting in his garage.  It is from a TR7 or 
TR8.  Any way to figure out what exactly it is supposed to fit? How many 
variation of trunk lids are there? It is new replacement part that a body 
shop had sitting around.  If I know what it fits I might be able to sell it 
for Dad.
