I received a call from Michael Grant of Moss Motors the other day. He had
received a copy of my posting to the list regarding my over-sized axle. He
was very helpful in resolving the problem and a new axle which has been
verified to fit is on the way. In addition, he forwarded me a copy of a
report they made on the incident which cites quality statistics, takes
corrective action, and ensures the problem does not repeat.
I have to say I am very impressed with the way this was handled! Great
customer service and internal controls are signs of a well-run company.
