The early Vitesse/Sports 6 appears to use Stanpart #122779 or Lucas
#54033360. That is a Lucar connector-style hydraulic switch. It's the same
switch used
on the earlier Heralds. I can't think of any reason offhand why a TR3
(Girling) or early TR4 switch wouldn't work, although the part number is
different
(Lucas #34542).

In a pinch, you could temporarily swap out the brake pedal assembly from a
Spitfire or GT6 with the later type of switch and run jumpers from the
original
wires to the switch on the pedal bracket. (Been there, done that....)
