I just checked, and my copy of Bentley's "The Complete Official TR4 & TR4A
1961-1968" says right on the cover
"comprising the official driver's handbook
workshop manual
competition preparation manual".

Also says $17.50, which is about what I paid for it on eBay.

However, their website shows only the individual manuals currently
available.
