I figured it would be on the tightish side.
Alas in this application there is no way to put a wrench anywhere, so I am 
going by feel. I don't know how critical it is. They do say that if the 
bearings are used to only go 10 inch pounds, so since they must bed in a 
bit I am figuring on erring slightly tight rather than slightly loose.
