I heard from a guy who had his Chevy listed on E-Bay.
It was a high dollar car. Several days after the sale
the exact same listing popped up in the mid-west. The
price was greatly reduced. One day later the same car
was again on E-Bay. This time the seller was in
Portugal listing the car for an even lower price. Same
description. All in all the car was listed many times
all over the world. E-Bay made no reply to the correct
owner. They did end the auction each time it was on.
What it gets down to is that his chances of again
listing the car are pretty much over. No one will know
who to trust or if he indeed owns the car.
