Hi Steve
If I wanted to mount the pump at the back I would find a convenient bolt
near one of the rubber joiners in the fuel line, make a bracket to hold the
pump and bolt it on using this convenient bolt and fit a small "loop" of
rubber hose so that nothing gets cut or drilled. just perhaps you would need
to slightly bend the fuel line to "misalign" it so the rubber loop would
pass nicely.
Just a thought as the pumps do work much better pushing fuel!
Of course the more sensible thing to do would be to go find the injection
gear and fit it and have a proper TR6! I love the injection system, it is
beautiful in principle and construction, though a little temperamental until
the tweaking is done!
Tuppence worth!
Graham.
