All I can think of is that you have a twisted screen, (which is not all
that uncommon) and that you need to tighten the bolt on that side rather
more than on the other.

Well, technically this is the case, but unfortunately my car is
presently with a mechanic on the other side of town, so I can't measure
up for you at the moment - here's hoping someone else will have a car to
hand.
