I second Joe's thoughts...  Anywhere in the geographically central portion 
of the US would be fine.  Oklahoma, north Texas, Kansas, etc.   There was 
one in Dallas in 97, if I remember correctly.  Unfortunately, my TR6 was 
not roadworthy at the time.  A repeat of that location would be great for 
2005.  Of course, it does get a little hot in Dallas in July. But, it 
would be a great chance to test those cooling systems and you wouldn't 
have to worry about rain.  :-)

I'm wondering if I will ever be able to attend another VTR convention!

Unless we get one that is convenient to more than northeasterners, I
guess I will be staying home.  I can neither afford the travel expense
nor the required time off to travel 2000 miles to such an event,
although I'd love to!

How about having it somewhere in the Texas or westerly area for a
change?
