TR6 Bearing Clearance?

I am putting new rod and main bearings in my 1972 TR6. I would like to check
bearing clearance with Plastigage. I have the Bentley manual, but don't see a
spec. listed anywhere for the acceptable clearance of the rod and main
bearings. Does anyone know the specs? Thanks in advance!
