Boating is better than British cars.  Not only are you more restricted in
where you can go and how fast but (unless you are a very rare individual
who happens to live on a waterway) you can't drive them home and have to
keep them at a third party facility (ie:rent a slip) AND when they stop you
can't walk to a service station for gas.
