TR3 Alternator conversion

My generator seems to be on it's last legs and I would love switch to an
alternator.  Could someone please give me the details:
What alternator do I buy?
Is there someone that makes a conversion kit?
If not, 
How does it mount on my 59 TR3?
Will my pulley fit or do I need to do something special?
Is there anything special I have to do to connect it?
Any gotcha's come to mind?
