This is absolutely a scam designed to steal your identity (the "identity
theft" you've been reading about.)
Please forward the message to "spoof@ebay.com." You should extract the
headers and include those, if you know how. Do a google search on your email
program name, plus "headers," and you should find instructions on how to do
this.
