Go to eBay's site, click on the Help icon...choose the "Security Center".
They have tools for reporting scams such as this. This type of stuff has
been going on for years with eBay.

Sounds like a scam to me. There are programs out there that will send the
information to a third party while directing your computer to another URL.
I would contact E-bay independently by e-mail to verify the source before
entering any information.
