In my car at a constant 4000 rpm, the numbers are:

Speed in third: 57 mph
Speed in third OD: 72 mph
Speed in fourth: 80 mph
Speed in fourth OD: 100 mph

Looked at another way, at a constant 70 mph:

RPM in third 4900
RPM in third OD: 3900
RPM in fourth: 3500
RPM in fourth OD: 2800

The numbers will vary depending on your tire diameter and rear end ratio,
but the relationship will stay the same.
