After you check the valve lash, you can get an adaptor at the local autoparts store that screws into the spark plug hole so you can inject air into the cylinder. Do this with that cylinder down and both valves closed. Find where the air exits the engine. I had a car with a breezeout the exhaust, that told me it was the exhaust valve. > >Looks like valves.
