Crabby,
Use the rear top (hood) stiffener bar to locate the position of the rear
snaps. The bar has holes for the pop rivet to pass through, so just bolt
it up and drill through the holes.
On my car, and I believe there were slight production variances, the
first snap hole on either side is exactly 2" from the edge of the
stiffener bar and the next is exactly 7" and the front-most snap hole is
exactly 7-1/2" from the previous hole.
I assume here that you are fitting a new top, if not align the male snap
locations to the existing female snaps on the top.

Can anyone advise as to the correct position for the snaps on the back
of a TR6. My upper deck has been replaced and I have no holes for
reference. Is there a specific pattern as to where they go - the center
one then so many inches from there each side. The VTR says 7" from
centers BUT where does that measurement start - center
snap- edges or where.
I have been running around town with my camera and a tape but can't find
a TR6 when you need one.

Thanks

Crabby
