I have a slightly warped brake rotor on my 61 TR3A and it needs to be turned or replaced. As these rotors may have been machined repeatedly, what is the minimum thickness to which a rotor can be turned? Alternatively, how much of a PITA is it to install new rotors? I am envisioning a 3 hour battle with rusted-on bolts, is this true?
